It’s where your grandpa goes. We have gone there all my life and will continue to do so. Has that personal “down home” feel that a Lowe’s or Home Depot can’t replicate. We know our way around the place pretty good by now, but if we were ever stumped looking for something, someone would point it out or offer a suggestion otherwise.

Extremely helpful. If you don't know what you need just tell them the situation and they will get you what you need while you continue to shop. Love this place

My go to place for shipping off Amazon returns and even all my hardware needs. Cool people, cramped building, but I'll deal for the small hometown service I get. All the people are great here!

True native knowledge across the board. This establishment has been long known as a go-to provider not just of materials but of information no matter how small or big of a job. From the time your phone is picked up they are at the ready. Today's experience was so seamless for me after a 22 year absence that I called explained my situation was told they had the part in 2 different options was quoted over phone and waiting for me at the counter with multiple folks both explaing and labeling wires. Couldn't have drawn up a better plan for a customer friendly experience. By the way the price was so reasonable I almost feel guilty for not leaving gratuity after reading what im writing.

I stopped by Sullivan’s to look for two replacement knobs for my pot lids, and the cashier was one of the friendliest women I’ve met. She immediately assisted with my request as I was clueless as to which direction I should look to repair the lids. She walked over to the new knobs area, and even assisted with finding screws to fit perfectly with my lids. She also assembled the pieces and repaired both lids while in store. She did not have to offer her assistance the way she did, but I really appreciate her helping me because I really didn’t know where to start. Sullivan’s is your go to store for almost anything. I highly recommend this local hardware store for your essential household needs. I noticed they also cut and program car keys within the store. If you’re looking for large cast iron pots, then Sullivan’s is your spot. They have practically everything you need. Again, I highly recommend you stop by as you will not be disappointed.

I have never had less than stellar service when I shop at Sullivan's for any type of hardware or lawncare need. The staff will always show you to exactly what you need and make sure it's the correct size or type for your specific needs. Even if you just need a replacement bolt or nut you will get the same personal service that you would get if buying a whole new workshop of tools.

A great local business that has everything. The employees are cool. The prices can be on the high side, but that's to be expected from a small business trying to hold its own against big-box stores. It's worth going to just to avoid going into massive stores, not knowing if you can find an employee helpful enough or knowledgeable enough to help you find the simplest of items.

A very nice lady at the desk(she wears eyeglasses) helped me with my wooden project issue that needed hardware staples to put it together. She did it right there on the spot. Highly recommend this place!

To be honest, I love the convenience of online shopping, but I saw Sullivan's carried the chainsaw I wanted so I went there to support my local store, but turns out they supported me more. They took the saw out of the box, put it together, registered it for the warranty, gave me a review if the saw's features, added fuel and cranked it up outside to make sure it worked right - can't get that from online or big box store. Good people. Oh and the price was the same as I could find anywhere else.

I would've given this place 10 stars if I could. I came in less than 10 minutes before they closed for a propane refill, and the young man was super helpful and even loaded my tank back in my truck while I was paying.
